We kick-off each client engagement with an on-site Profitability Analysis (PA), a comprehensive high-level diagnostic review of each area of their business including financial, administration, sales, merchandising, advertising, and operations (including IT).
Before we arrive, we ask clients to complete an in-depth questionnaire and send us recent financial results. This enables us to be thoroughly prepared when we meet with clients on-site.
During the on-site assessment we:
- Review and validate key issues found in the completed questionnaire and financial statements.
- Hold individual one-on-one interviews with owners, managers, and key staff members.
- Extract data and other information from the client’s system to further analyze financial, operational, and merchandising performance.
- Identify critical areas for improvement including major “Profit Leaks”.
- Quantify the “Profit Leaks” to show how much additional profit is possible utilizing our recommended changes in procedures, policies, processes, and systems.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to the client’s specific problems.
At the conclusion of the initial on-site diagnostic review, we recommend which areas of focus are the most critical to make lasting improvements in operations, as well as specific services we can provide to help accomplish those objectives.
